The dream job for any true crime fan really does exist! MagellanTV will pay one lucky, true crime fanatic $1,000 to binge true crime documentaries for 24 hours straight.

With the majority of true crime fans safe at home binge-watching the latest serial killer documentaries and murder mysteries anyway – this opportunity from the documentary streaming service could not have come at a better time.

According to MagellanTV, they are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for all things true crime
  • Can handle the creepiest serial killer, the grizzliest details, and the haunting spookiness of the paranormal.”
  • Challenge is open to US residents only 
  • Complete the application by May 4th, 2020.


The chosen candidate will watch at least 16 true crime documentaries, including ‘Manson 40 Years Later’ and ‘Columbine Massacre: In the Killer’s Mind’ then share their opinions and experience via social media. You will also have to document the whole thing so “their followers can watch to see if they crack…or not.”

They will also receive a 1-year membership to MagellanTV; three, 3-month memberships for their friends/family, and awesome merchandise.
