Watch terrifying new trailer for the Real-Life Pennywise ‘Wrinkles The Clown’ documentary

Those who are scared of clowns look away now as a terrifying new documentary ‘Wrinkles the Clown’ is due for release October 4th. Dubbed the ‘Real-Life Pennywise’, Wrinkles has been terrorizing Naples, Florida, since a CCTV video of him went viral.

The masked clown could be seen crawling out from underneath the bed of a little girl before switching off the home security camera.

Later, it was shockingly revealed that Wrinkles was actually hired by the girl’s parents who would show her the video if she ever behaved badly to – well, basically scare the life out of her. Soon other parents were hiring Wrinkles to also traumatize their own young families.

In an interview with The Washington Post, Wrinkles said, “(A kid) was scared of clowns and I showed up across the street from him at the bus stop and he just started crying in front of his friends and ran home.”

He added, “His mother called back a few days later and said ‘Thank you!’ Now when he acts bad, she just has to ask him: ‘Do you want Wrinkles to come back?”

The documentary promises that Wrinkles will finally be unmasked. According to his clown-for-hire profile, he is a “65-year-old Rhode Island transplant and military veteran.” He is also divorced with no family ties and moved to Florida around 2010.

The synopsis for the documentary reads, “With incredible access to the mastermind behind the mask, ‘Wrinkles the Clown’ is a cryptic and playful exploration of these questions, as well as an inside look at myth-building and the unpredictable spread of imagination in the internet ages.”
